Registered Manager | Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Wirral (CH44) Salary: £55,000 per year bonuses up to £10,000 The Role We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed childrens residential home in the Wirral. The service will provide high-quality care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a safe, consistent and nurturing environment. The home has been fully renovated and thoughtfully designed. Systems, policies and the statement of purpose are already in place, allowing you to focus on recruiting your team, embedding therapeutic practice, and shaping the homes culture from day one. Youll be supported by a highly experienced Responsible Individual with over 35 years in residential childcare. Leadership here is hands-on when needed, but based on trust and professional respect. With a five-year growth plan already in place, there will also be opportunities to progress into dual registration or operational leadership.
