Working within our distribution centre based at [NN4 9EX], you will be working [1000-1800] Our products are heavy, and lifting is a massive part of this role, so we need people who are comfortable doing this. Key Responsibilities: Perform final add-on checks before dispatch. Print and prepare the next day's purchase orders. Cleanse direct delivery records for accuracy. Book collections for returned or unwanted items. Raise credits for returned or damaged goods. Raise return requests and ensure proper handover. Maintain accurate documentation and communication for add-ons and returns. Respond to branch queries and ensure timely resolution. Supporting Inventory functions Knowledgeable and Efficient. Desirable: Experience in an Administrative role. Knowledge of office systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc. Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
