Overview
The Role: Pupil Services Officer: 18 hours per week on a permanent basis, term time only plus inset days, 40 working per year.
The role will be split over Gagle Brook School and Southwold Primary School, 9 hours at Gagle Brook and 9 hours at Southwold. For more information on Southwold School please visit their website - Southwold Primary School. Actual Salary: WHFNJC L Grade: £11,331.38 to £12,885.40. Working Pattern: 18 hours over 4 days (9-2pm x 2 days and 9-1pm x 2 days = 18 hrs) or 18 hours over 5 days (9-1pm x 4 days, 9-11am x 1 day).

Responsibilities

As part of the administration team, the Pupil Services Officer will provide a high quality administration service within our school offices, supporting the daily operations of the sites.
* Provide efficient administrative support in the school office.
* Assist with pupil services and front-desk reception duties.
* Coordinate communications with staff, pupils, families and external partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
* Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Friendly, organised and experienced School Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Passionate about working in a school environment.
