Responsibilities
* Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interact with customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
* Store Standards - maintaining store standards (visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, adherence to health & safety procedures).
* Cash management and adherence to policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills; positive and professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent (US candidates).
