HGV Technician needed in Huddersfield
1. Basic salary up to £56,160 depending on experience (up to £22.50 per hour)
2. 48 hour working week - other flexible options available
3. Overtime available at 1.5x
4. Work with a great client of ours in a varied vole
5. Our client is seeking applications from HGV Technicians with a level 3 qualification

My client, a highly-respected, family run commercial vehicle specialist, is seeking a HGV Technician to join its team in Huddersfield. What will the successful HGV Technician do?
10. Inspect and repair vehicles to DVSA standards including MOT preparation and presentation to test.
11. Fault diagnosis including the use of specialist diagnostic equipment.
12. General mechanical and electrical repairs.
13. Complete job cards and service sheets accurately.
14. Display excellent customer service.
15. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
The successful HGV Technician will have:
16. A Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ).
17. HGV Class 1 license preferred.
18. The ability to work to a high standard.
19. Significant workshop experience.
20. The ability to work well in an independent setting.
21. A can do attitude.
22. Confidence working with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment desirable.
23. An awareness of the importance of Health and Safety compliance.
24. Full UK Drivers Licence.
The successful HGV Technician will get:
25. Basic salary of up to £56,160 (£22.50 an hour)
