EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join a precision engineering company located in Nottingham, working on a permanent basis. Due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into, all candidates must be UK residents, and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates. EMBS Engineering is in exclusive partnership with an award-winning precision engineering company located in Nottinghamshire that is a leading specialist in the manufacture of machined and fabricated turn key components. Your responsibilities include: * Setting and Operating 5-axis CNC Milling machines using Fanuc controls * Machining complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, and more using materials such as titanium and hardened steels. * Working from engineering drawings Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate: * Minimum 3 years experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines * Confident running multi-axis CNC machines; 5 Axis for Milling * Previous experience working on DMU, DMG Mori Seiki, Doosan Puma / Lynx or Matsuura machines, would be advantageous but not essential * Experience working with Fanuc controls is essential * Previous machined complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas etc * Previously worked with exotic materials is desirable but as a minimum experience using Titanium, and hardened steels * Experience machining to tight tolerances * Confident working with small to medium-sized components How to apply: If you are interested in the opportunity above and believe you meet the illustrated criteria, click apply today About us: EMBS Engineering is a dedicated talent specialist that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious, advanced, precision engineering companies within the Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Green, Environmental, and FMCG industries.
