Corporate and Commercial Solicitor – Bournemouth Hybrid Working A well-established, Legal 500-recognised law firm in Bournemouth is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor (1 PQE) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse corporate and commercial matters across a wide range of industries, collaborating closely with commercial property and dispute resolution teams. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, terms and conditions and privacy policies Advising on intellectual property, trade mark protection and regulatory matters, including data protection and charity law Conducting legal research, preparing reports and supporting corporate transactions Maintaining case files to SRA, Law Society and LEXCEL standards Assisting with business development and client relationship management Candidate requirements: Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally focused on commercial contracts Strong knowledge of contract law and drafting skills Excellent research, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with MS Office and legal case management systems Hybrid working on offer with career progression within a supportive, highly regarded team.
