Success comes from consistency, organisation and follow-through.Environment / Working ConditionsEssex - covering London and the Home CountiesCombination of office working and regular employer visitsNot exclusively home-basedMonday to Friday working patternTravel across London expected as part of the roleWhat You Will DoDeliver agreed monthly and annual apprenticeship start targetsManage a live employer pipeline from first engagement to apprentice onboardingBuild long-term, repeat relationships with employersAct as the main point of contact for employers during recruitment and onboardingWork closely with internal delivery, compliance and learner support teamsMaintain accurate and timely records on CRM and learner systems, including PICSEnsure all activity meets ESFA funding rules and quality standardsPromote safeguarding, Prevent, health and safety and EDI in all interactionsEmployer / Stakeholder ElementProactively engage new and existing employersRepresent Get Set UK professionally with external partnersContribute to local employer and stakeholder networksPosition Get Set UK as a trusted, long-term training partnerWhat Makes Someone Successful HereComfortable working to clear targets and deadlinesOrganised and disciplined in managing multiple employer accountsConfident having professional conversations with employersCalm, reliable and accountable when plans changeFocused on both commercial outcomes and learner successWhat You Will BringExperience working in the Apprenticeships sectorExperience managing employer accounts or business development in skills, training or employabilityA track record of working to targets linked to starts, outcomes or revenueStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence using CRM systems (PICS experience is desirable)Solid MS Office skills, particularly Outlook and ExcelA Day in the RoleYou might start the day reviewing your pipeline and confirming employer meetings.You could then visit an employer to finalise apprenticeship roles and timelines.
