Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Your Role:
* Deliver BREEAM assessments across all stages—from pre-assessment to post-construction.
* Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and contractors to meet sustainability objectives.
* Prepare and submit evidence to support BREEAM credits.
* Stay up to date with changing legislation and BREEAM standards.
* Provide sustainability advice and insights to improve environmental performance.
What We're Looking For:
* Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of experience in a consultancy or construction environment.
* Strong project coordination and communication skills.
* Background in sustainability, architecture, environmental science, or engineering.
* BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus—not essential, but advantageous.
* Experience with Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) would be highly beneficial.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
