Head of AI and Capacity Creation - CFT
Job Summary
This role bridges the gap between organizational strategy and actionable technology initiatives. You will define how we measure and track the value and capacity created through AI and analytics, partnering with CITOs and leads to achieve a 30% efficiency uplift by 2028. You will help shape strategic initiatives, create compelling business cases, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be a disruptive thinker, guiding the Corporate Functions' strategic technology direction to stay at the forefront of innovation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to analyze opportunities, address complex challenges, and develop strategies around capacity creation. Responsibilities include strategizing and planning initiatives leveraging intelligent automation technologies like RPA and AI to optimize processes. This involves identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions, overseeing implementation, and refining processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Lead AI and analytics strategies that align with business goals, focusing on capacity creation and operational efficiency.
* Innovation & Technology Adoption: Identify high-impact use cases, articulate them to non-technical stakeholders, and develop roadmaps and metrics to measure success.
* Productivity Enhancement: Lead projects to increase productivity through AI and analytics, collaborating with departments to address specific challenges, and developing enterprise-wide strategies.
* Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive AI & Analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and CTO directives. Experience in creating metrics for automation benefits is essential.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies across HR, Finance, Risk, CoSec & Legal to identify innovation opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Experience scaling intelligent automation initiatives within financial services.
* Strong understanding of AI, Analytics, governance, and ethical practices.
* Proven leadership in driving innovation and efficiency through AI initiatives.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders up to Exco level.
* Excellent communication skills for articulating complex AI concepts.
* Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience developing AI strategies aligned with business goals.
* Proven ability to present business cases to senior stakeholders.
* Ability to educate and build relationships with senior leaders on AI & Data value.
* Experience with LLMS/Gen AI and ROI-based outcomes.
* Knowledge of current AI and Analytics technologies focused on operational efficiency.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
