We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systemsPreparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelinesWorking closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processesCommunicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progressEnsuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industryATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platformsStrong communication and organisational skillsA detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
