The role
We are seeking a caring and dependable nanny for long-term childcare. Our family has two school-aged children (7 and 9) and we need help during weekday afternoons and occasional weekends. Responsibilities include school pickup, help with homework, preparing simple meals, tidy-up after activities, and ensuring safety. We prefer someone with a valid DBS check, first aid knowledge, and prior experience with children of similar ages. We value a warm, patient approach and good communication with parents. Availability from around 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, with flexibility for occasional additional hours during school holidays would be ideal. The role may evolve to include sleepovers or additional hours as trust grows.
