Site Services Technician – Energy Centre Shift pattern: 12 hour days and nights Aylesbury Dairy – HP22 5WJ Working Hours This role follows a schedule similar to a Panama shift pattern, offering up to six consecutive days off at a time. This would be joining an established engineering team within a well invested fast- paced production site. How would you make an impact * Maintaining services across the site in line with our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and provide corrective maintenance in case of site equipment failure and breakdown across the following; Industrial steam boiler, waste heat boiler, waste water treatment plant, refrigeration plant, DAF plant, hot & cold water systems, heat exchangers, cooling tower, HVAC maintenance. * Conduct equipment and plant condition appraisals and work alongside the OEM's when services are carried out * Challenge current processes and practices to identify new opportunities to improve operation and efficiency * Awareness of relevant QEHS compliance within the role such as Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, LOTO. * Authorise permits and ensure the work is being carried out in a safe and controlled manner. Grow with Arla * The ideal candidate would hold a Level 3 NVQ or recognised engineering qualification, with experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance and working within regulated environment. * Training opportunities for COMPEX certs, Boilers qualifications and more. * A positive and resilient approach to problem solving, team working, and continuous improvement * CHP or waste water experience preferred but not essential * Further training available to develop your career
