Here at All Care we have an on‑going need for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team and help fulfil the requirements in the Reading community. The ideal candidate for this role will be punctual, reliable, caring, patient and motivated to make a difference to our clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
* Travelling to a client’s home to provide the highest level of care to each individual
* Health and wellbeing tasks such as administering medication
* Preparing meals for clients
* Observing, monitoring and record keeping
* Encouraging and supporting clients in day‑to‑day tasks
* Performing light housekeeping tasks
* Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, toileting, dressing etc.
Qualifications & Experience
If you have experience within the care sector or are looking to start your career in care then we would love to hear from you. We encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, including retail sales assistants, customer service representatives, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionists, administrators, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
Remuneration & Benefits
* Full paid training: 4‑day training mandatory upon offer
* Pay: £13.10 per hour weekdays, £13.27 per hour weekends, £18.00 per hour on bank holidays
* Mileage paid at £0.40 per mile from your first client to your last
* Refer a friend scheme: £250 per referral

* 28 days annual leave pro rata
