Hours
* Full time, site-based with travel to other locations
The role of Learning and Development Specialist:
* Designing and delivering training programmes across digital and face-to-face channels
* Conducting learning needs analysis and creating development plans
* Owning and managing the annual appraisal process
* Supporting graduate and apprenticeship programmes
* Partnering with managers to identify and address capability gaps
* Managing LMS content and learning resources
* Coordinating internal and external training solutions
* Travelling to UK sites as required
The ideal Learning and Development Specialist:
* Proven experience in Learning and Development
* Strong training design and facilitation skills
* Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
* Confident stakeholder management with a proactive approach
* Experience supporting graduate, apprenticeship or talent development programmes (advantageous)
* Looking to progress into a future leadership role
