Nurses in General Practice enhance community health and equity, providing advanced care within multidisciplinary teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join us at The Doctors Hastings/Waipawa to contribute clinical excellence and community health improvement. You will work alongside skilled colleagues, supported by dedicated medical center leadership.
This is a casual position, working on an as needed basis

Do you have what we are looking for?
* A current New Zealand practicing certificate with prior experience in a medical centre (desirable)
* Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care
* Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
* Willing to continually learn and improve
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with team members.
* You will ideally hold current CPR certificate
* Immunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essential
