Role Summary
An exciting two‑year secondment opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to lead our adult social care team in the NN1 Primary Care Network of North Norfolk. We are seeking a forward‑thinking manager to shape the way we work with communities, partners and our own talented teams to support people relationally and in a way that is truly joined‑up and preventative. With strong social work values and a collaborative leadership style, this role will embed Human Learning Systems principles, foster genuine collaboration and community‑led support. You will work alongside healthcare leaders, social care professionals, commissioners, and third‑sector partners to create joined‑up services that put people’s strengths, assets, and aspirations first; ensuring services meet the evolving needs of Norfolk’s diverse communities. The role requires regular in‑person work in both the office and community.
