LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek a Workforce Development Adviser to join their Workforce Planning & Organisational Development team. At Stirling Council, our People services are key in supporting our organisation and our people in overcoming the challenges we face. Our key priorities include driving forward best practice in policy and processes; delivering fully on our commitment to the Scottish Fair Work framework; and developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practice, all to effectively support the vital work we do for Stirling’s communities.
As Workforce Development Adviser, you will work with services within the allocated remit to plan and develop a comprehensive learning and development programme to meet the current and future needs of the services. You will be responsible for carrying out effective learning needs analyses for the workforce, establishing current and future skills gaps and planning and coordinating a comprehensive learning & development programme to meet learning needs as established by learning needs analysis activity.
We are looking for an individual with experience in learning needs analysis and learning & development planning and Associate Membership of CIPD. You will have experience of designing and delivering learning & development activities using a range of learning methods, including face to face training and online learning tools. You will have the proven ability to innovate and enhance key processes related to learning and development, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
