Lovisa Opportunity:
As the Warehouse Team Lead, you will work closely with all areas and team members of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include all picking-related administrative tasks, such as generating IBTs, ensuring nil picks are actioned promptly, and physically checking nil pick locations before correction or adjustment. You may assist with training new and current team members and lead small groups or teams for various tasks. You are expected to lead by example, follow all DC rules, and update policies and procedures as needed. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and respond to the warehouse management team.

The Warehouse Administration Lead will be capable of performing duties such as:
* Printing and stapling allocations for picking workloads
* Basic Futura system operations
* Zendesk management
* Spreadsheet upkeep
* Problem solving related to SKU and pick face locations
* Cycle counting and stocktaking
* Management of floor stock items
* Store pick auditing
* Training new team members
* Invoice coding and input
* Ensuring correct IBT listings
* Reporting inventory issues
* Leading small teams for warehouse tasks
* Assisting in daily tasks and running shifts if needed
* Picking and packing orders
* Substituting roles during absences
* General housekeeping and safety focus
