The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll be in charge of your local strategy, pitch, marketing tactics, and your hours — and, as a result, your earnings. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best — from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating. You’ll be supported by Nested’s marketing team and tools, with the ability to run your own local advertising while receiving professional support as needed. You’ll manage the client relationship from start to finish as their single point of contact throughout their Nested journey, and you’ll have access to a smart selling app and in-house support. The commission structure starts at 75% of revenue and increases up to 100%, offering strong earnings potential. This is a comprehensive role that lets you work estate agency your way, supported by Nested’s brand, products and services.
Responsibilities
* Own local strategy, pitch, and marketing tactics for your area; determine hours and take-home potential.
* Prospect, canvass, value properties, negotiate, and close transactions in your local market.
* Lead local advertising with support from Nested marketing professionals (doorknocking, direct mail, flyering, local ads).
* Manage client relationships from initial contact through to completion, acting as the single point of contact.
* Utilise Nested tools (smart selling app, in-house support) to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Operate under a commission structure that rewards performance, with potential to earn up to 100% revenue share.
Requirements
* 5–10 years of top-tier residential property experience (valuing, winning business, selling stock, delighting customers) in Crawley or a comparable market.
* Clear strategy and understanding of budgeting, lead generation, and building a local valuation machine.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic; self-employment requires proactive client development and revenue generation.
* Deep knowledge of your local patch, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering the best outcomes for clients.
* Social media enthusiasm is a bonus; support is available, but genuine interest in building your brand and engaging with the community is expected.
