Immediate need for a Senior Litigator to provide fractional support to the Founder/CEO of a fast-paced scale-up.
2-4 days per week, fully remote, 3-4 weeks initially with potential to extend.
You will work closely with the CEO to complete an analysis and review across their business portfolio, setting out litigation strategies for current disputes and implementing processes to be used moving forward.
To considered for this opportunity, you will be an established legal consultant having worked with clients on a similar fractional basis, preferably in a family office or start-up environment. Commercial litigation experience and knowledge of ADR processes are essential.
HRA qualification would be advantageous.
