We are looking for an Equine Marketing and Technical Manager to join our team. Location: Hybrid role based at our Bracknell Head Office. THE POSITION In this pivotal role, you will drive commercial and financial success for the Equine Business Unit by leading both technical advisory and marketing functions. Through your team, you’ll deliver superior technical support to internal and external stakeholders while spearheading innovative, integrated marketing strategies that: Prepare the market for successful launches Promote core equine brands Capitalize on emerging opportunities This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on business strategy and the equine industry. Tasks & Responsibilities Support the Equine Business Head in developing strategic marketing and technical plans for sustainable, profitable growth within budget. Provide clinical and market insights from customers, KEEs, and technical literature. Direct brand managers to create and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to translate market needs into effective marketing tools and technical support, including training. Represent the company at industry conferences and engage with key influencers and bodies. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver excellence in brand and technical management. Ensure accurate responses to technical enquiries and oversee investigations of product complaints and adverse events.
