Role Overview

As Talent Acquisition Manager (London), I lead end-to-end recruitment for SEA Group’s European operations — partnering with senior leaders to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across tech, data, product, and corporate functions. My focus is on building a proactive, scalable TA model that supports rapid international growth while maintaining SEA’s values-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities

* Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units — from workforce planning to onboarding.
* Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, define talent priorities, and deliver on headcount plans.
* Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates across Europe.
* Build and nurture long-term pipelines through employer branding, events, and talent communities.
* Leverage analytics and talent intelligence to optimise time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters and coordinators to deliver consistent excellence.
* Ensure best-in-class candidate experience and compliance with global hiring standards.
* Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across SEA Group.


Requirements

* 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within technology, e-commerce, or high-growth international businesses.
* Proven track record managing regional or multi-country hiring (EMEA or global experience preferred).
* Deep understanding of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and employer-branding strategies.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a consultative approach.
* Passion for building high-performing teams and shaping scalable TA frameworks.
