Ideally you’ll live within a commutable distance from our Canary Wharf office to work from on a weekly or bi weekly basis, however we are open to considering candidates who can work from our other hubs (e.g Manchester/Liverpool). We can be flexible for the right candidate.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.

Job Description
Our Insight Manager is responsible for bringing Reach’s audience to life with internal stakeholders and media agencies. You’ll be responsible for supporting the commercial division of the business, delivering compelling sales arguments through new and existing research. We are looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable presenting and turning data into rich stories.
* Work with the Senior Insight Manager on commissioning and managing strategic, operational and tactical qualitative and quantitative research
* Use a range of techniques for analysing data and disseminating findings, ensuring that presentations are understandable to non-specialist audiences
* Supporting the Campaign Effectiveness Manager on running effectiveness research of campaigns
* Supporting on insight requests – this includes running reach & frequencies and producing powerful sales arguments using our own research or syndicated data such as TGI and TouchPoints
* Use creative research techniques which deliver rich and powerful insights into our audience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and communicate to internal stakeholders in a relevant, timely way
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a media insight role in either a media owner, media agency or research agency environment. We’re looking for a confident communicator, you’ll enjoy presenting to large groups both internally and externally and will be a strategic thinker. Ideally, you’ll also have the following experience:
* Experience in managing research projects with a strong understanding of primary research methodologies and techniques.
* Experience of syndicated research tools such as TGI, TouchPoints and ComScore
* Experience of using and analysing media measurement data including PAMCo and JICREG (preferable, not essential)
* Knowledge of digital analytics systems such as Adobe or Google Analytics
* Self-motivated and deadline driven. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines
* Ability to craft data into an interesting story, you’ll be able to transform data into digestible and engaging content for stakeholders.
