Overview:
An established financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Sourcing and Supplier Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier risk management across IT and non-IT categories. This role will drive commercial value, ensure compliance, and enhance supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing and negotiation of complex supplier contracts.
* Manage third-party risk across the full supplier lifecycle.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and support procurement governance.
* Own key supplier relationships and drive value, performance, and innovation.
* Support the development of procurement frameworks, tools, and team capability.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong strategic sourcing and category management background.
* Experience with third-party risk management in financial services.
* Skilled in commercial negotiation and contract management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Degree qualified; CIPS or equivalent preferred.
