Main Responsibilities To provide support to the Head of Data Services to meet business requirements. To assist in the support and development of internal systems to maintain data integrity. Design and development of functional Solutions to meet business needs. Overseeing development and implementation of programs. Optimisation of data technologies. Process automation. Develop Reporting using Visual Studio Support the department ticketing system. Maintain departmental processes Maintain System configuration and enhance offerings. Optimisation of AI for OCR Improvement of business processes through continuous improvement Implement emerging technologies into the business process Work with stakeholders to implement technical solutions to problems General problem solving What experience and skills are we looking for? At least 1 years' experience in a similar role Highly skilled problem solver and lateral thinker. Hands on experience with software development and system administration. Capable of troubleshooting common issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and document technical solutions. Ability to navigate systems and understand functionality. Personal Skills & Qualities: Ability to develop and sustain a professional department by showing mutual respect, honour and integrity, strong professional image, and personal credibility. Well-honed communication skills with a flexible approach. Strong interpersonal skills capable of building, developing, and maintaining a positive working environment.
