I am seeking an IT Support Technician to work in an educational environment. The role involves working Monday – Friday on-site, with occasional travel to other local sites. Responsibilities include handling hardware, software, network, and telephony support, working alongside other technicians. The successful IT Support Technician will provide support face-to-face, via email, or phone to internal customers and will ensure that all problems are either resolved or escalated to the appropriate IT team members. You will need to adhere to the Service Level Agreement and do your best to meet these service levels. Support for bespoke software and hardware devices is required, along with strong experience in Microsoft Office products.
