A successful and growing business based in Wimbledon is seeking an IT Support Analyst (1st2nd Line) to join its internal IT team.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working pattern of four days per week in the office during probation, reducing to three days thereafter. Supporting around 50 users, the position is ideal for an IT professional with at least 2 years experience in a service desk or IT support environment, looking to develop their skills in a structured and supportive team. Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance of Wimbledon.
Working within a small IT function, you will provide responsive day-to-day support while helping to maintain a stable and secure IT environment. The role combines user support, basic systems administration, and user lifecycle management, with a strong emphasis on service quality and ITIL-aligned processes.
