The Receptionist / Front of House role is based in London and is responsible for managing our self-contained office in Clerkenwell. You’ll be the welcoming face of the company, meeting and greeting all staff and clients that come into our office! Answering the door and meeting and greeting guests on arrival asking signing them in/out
Answering the office telephone and passing on messages to staff
Ordering office supplies and weekly shopping
Booking taxis/couriers when requested
Managing the reception email account
Ensuring that the reception area is always clear and tidy
Perform weekly fire alarm tests
Managing the security codes for the building
Booking restaurants and travel for senior management when required
Alerting the relevant people to any emergency office issues
Monitoring CCTV during the day
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Previous administration/facilities experience is desirable
Knowledge of office health and safety is desirable
