Responsibilities
* Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on Deputyships, Court of Protection applications and addressing elderly clients specific needs
* Providing guidance on basic Inheritance Tax planning, exemptions and reliefs
Requirements
* Experienced within private client with at least 1 year PQE
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional client care
* Possesses a keen understanding of commercial dynamics and a sharp business mindset
