Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager who’s equal parts strategist, communicator, and all-round digital enthusiast.
You’ll be the bridge between clients and campaigns — translating goals into clicks, conversions, and happy customers. From Paid Social to Paid Search (and a dash of Programmatic — about 10%), you’ll keep things running smoothly and make sure performance is always on point.
If you love digital marketing, enjoy a good client chat, and know how to make data look sexy in a report — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of awesome clients and helping them smash their goals 🎯
* Overseeing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic đź’»
* Spotting opportunities, trends, and moments of “we can make this better!” 🔍
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver work you’re proud of 🤝
* Reporting on results and suggesting creative, data-driven ways to improve 📊
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus).
* A solid understanding of paid channels — Meta, Google, maybe a sprinkle of DV360 magic.
* Great communication skills — you can talk numbers and ideas with equal flair.
* Organised, proactive, and unafraid to try new things.
* A sense of humour and a love for all things digital (bonus points if you name your campaigns creatively).
