SALARY: £90,440 - £110,000
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Bristol office.

This senior management role is within the Engineering team in our Planning, Analytics, Management Reporting and Cost Management Lab (PAR&CM), part of the Finance Platform. You will lead, coach, motivate, mentor, and support your technology team, focusing on change management, service management, recruitment, and strategic direction. You will support a complex landscape involving regulatory change, finance transformation, and legacy systems, while supporting inbound change from the wider business.

What would you get involved with…
Having recently implemented Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM Cloud modules, you’ll define process improvements, recommend technical enhancements, and stay current with industry trends. You’ll be an expert on project lifecycle and delivery, advising on agile or waterfall methodologies, and managing issues with existing scripts using relevant tools and experience.
What do you need to be considered for this job…
You should have hands-on technical leadership experience, blending proven leadership with technical expertise. We encourage diverse backgrounds but require:
* Extensive experience in Oracle EPM, especially EPM Cloud, managing change across complex landscapes
* Experience with Oracle architecture including FSDF, DIH, ODI, OIC, ERP, EPM, OAC, FAW
* Familiarity with Windows, Oracle, Linux, SQL, Power BI, Google Cloud
* Technical leadership and mentoring skills
* Ability to foster an inclusive culture
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
