Key Responsibilities
* Assist the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including upkeep, organisation of bin bay locations, and correct storage of all products.
* Adhere to good practice within the warehouse.
* Correctly pick orders and place them in the correct delivery locations.
* Identify possible stock shortages and inform supervisors or managers for ordering.
* Ensure all new stock delivered is put away ASAP in the correct bin-bay location and matches the delivery note.
* Assist in the monthly stock takes on weekends.
* Assist with weekly stock audits.
* Complete out-of-date lists, damaged stock lists (write-off sheets), forklift and pedestrian truck records.
* Follow correct health and safety procedures.
* Wear appropriate safety equipment on site: safety boots, gloves, high-visibility vest.
* Prioritise workloads effectively.
* Maintain a flexible approach to working hours.
* Assist drivers as a second man / driver’s mate when required.

* Flexi FLT licence is an advantage.
