What you'll be doing
* Supporting the delivery of a £120m mixed‐use development through RIBA Stages 4–5
* Producing and coordinating technical drawings, specifications and detailed packages
* Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design queries
* Assisting with site coordination, technical compliance and construction‐stage problem‐solving
* Ensuring information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project standards
What you'll bring
* Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
* Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4–5 (essential)
* Confidence producing detailed technical information and coordinating with wider teams
* Ability to work efficiently within a fast‐moving project environment
* A proactive, delivery‐focused mindset
