What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day will be varied, hands-on, and rewarding. You’ll gain real-world experience working with clients, investment professionals, and top-tier banks.
You will:
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Relationship Managers to support client relationships
* Liaise with global banking partners on administrative and operational matters
* Help onboard and oversee client accounts, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care
* Prepare reports and client insights that inform investment decisions
* Grow into a subject-matter expert and take ownership of key processes as you progress
Every skill you develop in this role, from client communication to financial operations, builds a foundation for your next step. Many of the associates move into more senior roles or other teams within 2 years.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior experience in finance, just the right mindset.
* A university degree (any discipline; finance or business a plus)
* Native or fluent Danish and English
* An energetic, proactive communicator who enjoys helping others
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
* Ambition to learn fast, grow quickly, and take on new challenges
