We are now looking for a driven and personable Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting both inbound leads and our growing base of existing and prospect clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound funding enquiries from business owners and decision-makers seeking commercial finance.
* Qualify client needs and provide initial funding guidance in a professional and helpful manner.
* Manage and nurture CRM pipelines, including existing clients and prospective leads, to drive engagement and funding opportunities.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high standard of communication via phone, email, SMS, and CRM tools.
* Work closely with our team and lending partners to facilitate smooth deal flow and client onboarding.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to funding completion.
* Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills – written and verbal.
* Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or financial services is advantageous.
* Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
* Highly organised and motivated, with a keen eye for opportunity and follow-up.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital tools (e.g., Pipedrive, email sequences, automation tools).
* A results-driven mindset – committed to hitting targets and earning commission.
What You'll Get
* Base Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £60,000+ Uncapped Per Annum
