We have partnered with one of Oxfordshire's leading disability charities to find dedicated Support Workers in Thame. The role involves working 14 hours or more per week, with a starting salary of £24,000 for full-time employment. It offers a highly rewarding experience with many benefits.
As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with personal care, eating and drinking, shopping, household tasks, and engaging in fun and fulfilling activities. Activities include music, cinema and theatre trips, outings, and holidays. You will ensure everyone has varied and exciting experiences and will join in these activities. Free meals are provided, which you will eat with the household.
Ideally, you will have a background in care or working with individuals with specific additional requirements. However, we welcome applications from those eager to make a difference. Full training and induction will be provided. You must have a positive, professional attitude, be reliable, flexible with shifts, and hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
