About you
* Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts and procurement activity across multiple categories
* Comfortable leading senior negotiations and holding suppliers to account
* Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and commercial risk management
* A natural people leader who enjoys developing others and working cross-functionally
* Commercially minded, organised, and motivated by delivering real value and tangible savings
* Available to travel around 2 days per month (Telford, Shropshire is our head office location)
