This role will focus on strategic account management and growth. No new business hunting here, this is about becoming a trusted partner your clients couldn’t live without. You will deepen existing relationships and unlock organic growth across a portfolio of high-profile B2B clients.
The role:
* You will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of clients, acting as a true partner rather than just a point of contact
* Proactively identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts — spotting the brief before the client even knows they need it
* Lead on commercial ownership — managing forecasts, project finances, GP targets and weekly WIP reporting with total transparency
* Work closely with internal strategy and creative teams to shape briefs that align events to clients' broader objectives
* Bridge the gap between pitch and delivery, ensuring seamless handovers to the production team
* Build and maintain C-suite level relationships, driving client satisfaction and consistently strong feedback
