Job Title: Water Treatment Pre Commissioning Engineer
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary/Benefits: £28k – £45k + Training & Benefits
Our client is seeking an ambitious Water Treatment Pre Commissioning Engineer to cover sites across the South East of England. The company is a privately‑owned outfit, who have a strong workforce and excellent training opportunities. Applicants would benefit from close proximity to the M25 for easier access to client sites. Our client can be open minded with regards to an applicant’s level of Pre‑Commissioning experience, as they can provide further support and training. Experience / Qualifications
* Successful record working as a Water Treatment Pre Commissioning Engineer
* Will have worked within a Water Treatment specialist company
* Well‑versed in BSRIA, ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible to travel as required
* Able to work independently and within teams
The Role
* Undertaking pre‑commissioning cleans in accordance with BSRIA standards
* Back‑flushing and power‑flushing
* Works on CHW and LTHW systems
* Tank cleans, disinfections and chlorinations
* Chemical dosing
* Water sampling from closed and domestic systems
* Maintaining excellent standards of work and conduct
* Working to agreed deadlines
* Producing regular service reports
