Intertek Wilton’s Mechanical testing department provides high quality services for Intertek’s broad range of clients.
The principal accountability of the job holder will be the provision of mechanical testing for a range of customers across industries, for example automotive, medical and energy. Reporting of results in accordance with ISO 17025 and working alongside team members in other projects as required.
ABOUT YOU
We need you to have:
* A good understanding of mechanical and physical testing Tensile, Compression, Flex and Fatigue.
* Knowledge of international test methods and OEM engineering specifications.
* Planning and organisational skills including effective time and work management.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience of working to Quality standards.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Analyst your principal accountability will be the provision of project specific analyses using established methods and the reporting of results in accordance with Intertek Quality Standards and ISO17025.
The roles include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
* Carry out testing according to established methods.
* Independently perform bespoke testing to meet customer requirements.
* Provide written reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer requirements.

In this opportunity you’ll be joining our mechanical and physical property department. You will be based in Wilton where the site offers an on-site restaurant, gym, and is easily accessible from both the A1(M) and A19.
