About the role
We are seeking a Support Worker to empower young adults attending our adult day service at InFocus. Currently, 17 young adults utilize our service weekly. Your role will be to provide person-centred, high-quality care, supporting them to make decisions, achieve personal goals, and develop or maintain daily living skills within a supportive community care setting.
InFocus will support you with a comprehensive, bespoke induction programme and mandatory training to ensure a strong start and understanding of your responsibilities.
We offer opportunities for personal development. If you do not already have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, we will fund and support your enrolment and training for this qualification, which is a role requirement.
About you
You should enjoy engaging in activities like arts and crafts, singing, and trying new recipes. A love for storytelling and gardening is also beneficial. Working pattern
