With an expanding property portfolio and growing maintenance demands, the business has created a brand-new opportunity for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to support their Maintenance Manager. The Role This pivotal role will involve managing both planned and reactive maintenance works across a varied portfolio — from full electrical rewires and roof replacements to boiler installations. You'll be the primary liaison between tenants, contractors, internal maintenance teams, and senior management, ensuring all maintenance issues are handled with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Include: Project Management of maintenance projects from inception to completion Conducting site inspections and identifying necessary work Coordinating internal teams and external contractors Creating and managing project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Monitoring the quality of work and maintaining detailed records of inspections and compliance Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, including reviewing RAMs and method statements Continuously seeking improvements in safety and efficiency What We’re Looking For: Strong background in property maintenance or facilities management Solid understanding of CDM Regulations and Building Regulations Demonstrated experience in managing contractors and maintenance projects Solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking and organisational skills A proactive, agile approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join?
