We’re on the hunt for a National Account Manager who gets Amazon, thinks commercially, and loves a is your opportunity to own the Amazon strategy—end-to-end. From developing a long-term growth plan to executing flawless campaigns and connecting the dots across the business, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating digital sales and building a standout online already seen impressive growth—but this is just the beginning.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead the Plan: Build and deliver a 3-year Amazon strategy that turns ambition into action
2. Drive Performance: Hit your sales, profit, promo and margin targets—and then go further
3. Launch & Optimise: Bring products to life on Amazon—set up listings, build A+ content, brand stores, and lead campaign optimisation
4. Cross-Functional Powerhouse: Collaborate across marketing, digital, supply chain, and finance—making the complex simple
5. Get Granular: Own Vendor Central, track EPOS and PPM data, manage ad spend, and ensure everything is dialled in and performing
6. Push for More: Spot growth gaps before anyone else does and come to the table with ideas that excite
7. Be the Expert: Be the Amazon guru—both internally and when working with external brand partners
What We’re Looking For
8. E-Com Experience: You’ve managed Amazon accounts and know the game
9. Platform Pro: Vendor Central, EPOS data, product content, ad campaigns-you’ve done it all
10. Commercial Confidence: Targets don’t scare you. They drive you
11. Collaborator at Heart: You build strong internal and external relationships
12. Food Obsessed: You get excited by brands, ingredients, and innovation in the food space
13. Multi-Brand Ready: If you’ve juggled multiple SKUs or categories before, even better
14. Tech Comfortable: Excel, PowerPoint, digital tools—we’ll train where needed, but you’re keen to learn
