Join us in building a new Corporate University that will serve 5,000 employees across 20 countries. We’re looking for a Head of Employee Training to shape and scale our global employee learning offer. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, leading a small international team and collaborating closely with peers in Product Training, Learning Assets, and Learner Experience. What you’ll do · Define and evolve the global employee training catalogue aligned to business priorities. · Lead LPOs and administrators to deliver ILT, vILT, and eLearning at scale. · Manage the global training budget, optimize partners, and ensure quality delivery. · Build standards and governance that allow us to scale (“design once, use many”). · Use data (KPIs/OKRs, Power BI) to measure adoption, impact, and improve continuously. · Partner with HR and business leaders to align training with strategic goals. Must-haves · Proven experience leading employee learning (corporate university or equivalent) in international settings. · Strong project & vendor management skills. · Fluency with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning production, and modern delivery modes. · People leadership that builds trust, collaboration, and accountability. · Data-driven decision making; confident with KPIs/OKRs. Nice-to-haves · Knowledge of French learning regulations. · Experience in software/SaaS or scaling digital learning systems.
