Life Beyond Care - Level 2 or Senior Social Worker

We are currently seeking to recruit Level 2 or Senior Social Worker for our Life Beyond Care Teams in Norfolk.
We welcome applications from those who have experience of working with children and young people who are Care Leavers or those who have experience as a Children's Social Worker and the transferrable skills to now work in this area.
We also welcome applications from those seeking to return to front line statutory practice.
We believe it is vital that children are prepared and able to learn; build positive, long-term relationships and receive family-based care. Norfolk's social care model is a relationship-based, purposeful approach with social workers practicing in a trauma informed way, incorporating therapeutic approaches within their work with children, young people, their carers and families.
It is an exciting time to join our Corporate Parenting Service as we embark on a new way of working that allows Practitioners to focus on preventative work to support the emotional wellbeing and aspirations for every young person we work with.
With relevant professional vocational qualification in Social Work, you will have registration with Social Work England.
You will have experience working within the Corporate Parenting area or transferable skills with the ability to motivate individuals and create high performing teams, you will bring strong leadership skills and will have managed performance during periods of change.
We offer a £2,000 Welcome Payment for Grade J & K Social Workers who join the Life Beyond Care teams.
