An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious qualified Management Accountant to join Facilities by ADF.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum + Benefits

Facilities by ADF plc provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for dramas and major features. The company has significant growth plans due to the expanding Film and TV industry and recent acquisitions.
In Sep-24, ADF acquired Autotrak in a deal worth £21.3M. Autotrak is the UK’s leading provider of portable roadway solutions for the Film & TV industry, with clients including Skyfall, Bridgerton, Mad Max, Star Wars Rogue One, and The Rings of Power.
Management Accountant – The Role:
The role will initially be very hands-on, working closely with the onsite management team. Excellent team working skills are essential. The position is primarily based onsite to foster a positive working environment. There are strong career progression opportunities as the company and group grow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts to meet reporting deadlines
2. Periodic and monthly profit and cash-flow forecasting
3. Weekly sales forecasting
4. Input to group half-year and year-end reporting
5. Preparation of annual statutory accounts, ensuring adherence to UKGAAP and IFRS
6. Managing payroll in SAGE for approximately 30 staff
7. Submission of all HMRC filings - VAT, PAYE, NIC, Corporation tax, etc.
8. Managing and processing day-to-day financial transactions such as receipts, payments, invoices, and expenses
Candidate Profile:
1. Fully qualified ACCA member with 3-5 years of experience
2. Strong responsibility for producing high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines
3. Good business insight with the ability to question trends and make projections
4. Effective team collaborator with good communication skills
5. Proficient in IT and analytical tools (Word, Excel; experience with systems advantageous)
6. Asset management experience is a plus but not mandatory
7. Technical and regulatory expertise is desirable
8. Knowledge of SAGE accounting procedures is advantageous but not mandatory
