As our new Sales Operations Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. You'll process orders, manage contracts, and coordinate logistics—ensuring every detail is handled with care. Your responsibilities as Sales Operations Administrator
* Own sales orders end‑to‑end—from logging to completion.
* Set up and manage maintenance contracts.
* Coordinate machine movements and support warehouse dispatch, producing delivery notes.
* Handle invoicing (including lease and customer sales order invoicing) and keep records spot‑on.
* Book deliveries, link machines with peripherals, and keep everything flowing.
* Triage inbox queries and liaise between customers and internal teams.
* Adjust quickly to changing business needs

* Eagle‑eyed accuracy, strong organisation and great prioritisation.
* Clear, confident communication—written and verbal.
* IT confidence (Microsoft Office & Outlook) and a can‑do attitude.
