Are you a HR Advisor or similar, looking to gain a fully funded CIPD within a company at the forefront of robotic technology, offering a fully funded Level 5 CIPD and a clear scope to progress into management in the future?
The HR Advisor will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with recruitment and maintaining the employees' records, whilst working closely to management to ensure the employees training and development are ran smoothly.
Founded over 5 years ago, however, are a part of a larger group, this design and manufacturing company specialise in robotic machinery that clean large products such as storage tanks. With growth in the US, they have ambitions to have their products used across the globe.
This role would suit a HR Advisor looking to gain a fully funded CIPD Level 5 within a rapidly growing company at the forefront of robotic technology.
The Role:
Advising based on HR policies and employment law
Working closely to management to ensure operations are ran smoothly
8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
