Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Must live within commutable distance from Bourne End, Bucks Experience with IT networking, Microsoft SQL, and software integration (DICOM, HL7) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Willingness to work unsociable hours and weekends Ability to travel extensively within the UK and internationally Excellent time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the role Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in prioritizing workload Responsibilities: Respond to all emails on the same working day Maintain 100% response rate to breakdowns Keep all internal and external ticketing systems up to date at all times Carry out daily service visits including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of Canon and Kowa medical systems Provide responsive and professional technical support to internal and external customers Diagnose and resolve faults with both hardware and software, including integration with DICOM and PACS systems Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs Assist with logistics including dispatch and warehousing of technical equipment Support company exhibitions and training events as required Deliver basic user training to clinical and technical users on installed systems Technologies: Hardware HL7 Support PACS SQL More: We are a growing organization in the healthcare industry looking for a passionate field-based Service Engineer.
